Don't Let a Negative Experience in Your Booth Hurt Your Business More than a few retailers commented in the post-show survey for Global Pet Expo that they didn’t receive the kind of customer service they expected in some booths. Specifically, they were told by booth personnel that the exhibitor doesn’t sell direct to retailers. Mandatory Spay/Neuter Bill No Longer "Intact" Legislation mandating statewide spaying or neutering of dogs and cats turned into one of the most controversial issues confronting Sacramento legislators in years. Assemblyman Lloyd Levine, following significant opposition during the Senate Local Government Committee's July 11 hearing, chose not to pursue AB 1634 this year but vowed to bring it back with more amendments during the 2008 Session.
