Jennifer Bilbao, APPMA’s Communications Program Manager, coordinates internal and external communications. This includes the e-newsletters, APPMA member updates and various other marketing materials. She is also responsible for the website and database development, as well as coordinating all public relations efforts including media relations, news releases and working with the Association’s PR firm.

Prior to joining APPMA, Jennifer worked in public relations at Avon Products, Inc. for the organization’s “Avon Breast Cancer Crusade". She also completed an internship at Nextel Communications, Inc. She earned a dual-degree in communications and sociology from Boston College, and is an active member in the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), New York Society of Association Executives (NYSAE) and the American Marketing Association (AMA).

Jennifer lives in Westchester County, New York and has a 16 year old cat named, Pepper.
